Spatial Design is the design of human environments.

 

It is a relatively new design discipline that crosses the boundaries of traditional design specialties such as

architecture, landscape design, public art, and

creative placemaking.

It involves studying the relationships between people and their environments, and designing ways to

improve those relationships.
